Food programs

Breakfast
Coffee or tea without sugar + SIM bread +100 g cheese or white cup milk +10 grams butter + piece of fruit

Lunch:
Meat from non-fat 150 grams or 200 grams thickness +200 grams fresh vegetables +30 g cheese + SIM bread

Dinner:
400 g fresh vegetables, 4 tablespoons rice  +1 fruit.


Dieting Basics

Allowed two tablespoons of oil per day
½ teaspoon salt
Spices and lemon
A spoonful of honey a day
When feeling hungry drink a glass of warm milk
For cooking ingredients to be boiled or roasted or steamed
The vegetables are eaten raw or boiled soup.
Drink two liters of water per day
